The Wedding Present & Scopitones
In 2006 David Gedge approached Maria Forte for assistance in clarifying matters involving his music publishing copyrights.
From then on their working relationship grew organically to the point where there is now an involvement in a much broader cross section of business matters relating to the iconic, rich and varied Wedding Present and Cinerama catalogues, as well as their self-administered label Scopitones.
Maria Forte Music Services handles business affairs including the licensing of the copyrights, publishing or master, and will be involved in a variety of different ways, that can span from handling the contractual and practical arrangements of licensing, either for sub publishing of the catalogue, synchronisation uses, master use licensing, copyright society requirements or delivery to digital services.
